This columnist once again shows his perchance to side with the right wind republicans as espoused by Fox News and the like. Mr. Trump signed the agreement with the Taliban in February 2020 to remove American troops from Afghanistan by August 31st, President Biden successfully kept the American side of that agreement and prevented prolonging this unwinnable war started by George Bush, a man who avoided military service just like Trump, Trump' father and grandfather did too

RCL have the experience and the financial resources to make this project a success, creating many jobs. The money for this development will also likely come from outside the country which will leave more internal monetory reserves for other projects.

I cannot be the only one who remembers the promises made about another chain restaurant by a person connected with this one that happened just before our last general election? Do you remember how those good intentions turned out? WIth such is the road to somewhere paved. I once ate at a Red Lobster inFlorida many years ago. Just once though.

What a very sad proposal. These ideas of creating yet another national holiday are always made by people who have never even tried to run a business and have no clue how wealth is created in a country. Each extra national holiday lowers the country GDP by almost one half percentage point. Just sad and clueless.

It is good to see a pastor putting safety before profit. We expect this from the RC's and Anglicans who both work on fixed salaries, but it is refreshing to see this with a Christian sect in which the remuneration of the head of the church is dependent on the size of the collection.

Corruption is systemic in some ares of the civil service and also among too many of our elected officials in the past, my personal jury is still considering it's verdict on this current set.
