An interesting part of the sad story of yet another young man getting killed is that the magistrate seemed unaware of the prevalent rumor that wearing an ankle bracelet means that someone is tracking your movements 24 hours a day and this in turn can lead to the wearer of the ankle bracelet being killed, usually by person unknown.
