Unless I am mistaken, Mr. John Pinder has never worked in a real job in the private sector. As a union president and government employee I imagine he has had a cossetted working (?) life and has no idea what it actually takes to run a business while having only a pool of undereducated and entitlement minded workers to hire from. Nr, Pinder seems to have gone very quiet on the wonderful economic future for us all that he used to comment about resulting from aragonite.
