They should know better, we are not talking about children, these are grown men who should know the consequences of this type of action. Actually DUI is still a charge in most countries, it is just not related to alcohol, which is DWI. Driving under the influence (DUI) is related to all drugs and narcotics, while DWI speaks to alcohol only.
