Cabinet members don't get fired til election day otherwise who would run the country? You'll know that the cabinet position is more permanent as you can be a cabinet minister without having a seat in Parliament. You just go to the Senate as you just need a forum to report from (case in point the Attorney General).

All we do is exchange one gang of crooks for another. We don't vote good governance in. We simply vote bad governance out. Politicians know how to rape the system that's why it takes dynamite to get them out of office. The only difference between this band of crooks and the last ones is these idiots don't know how to cover their tail.

Well, first of all, why are the funds in a US account if it's to help bahamian citizens? Secondly where is the proof that he has Central Bank approval to operate a US-dollar account? Thirdly, where are the cancelled cheques as proof that the funds were used for what he said they were?
