If she wins the backers will suddenly appear. If she loses and you think they are struggling now, the general election will be worse. Minnis is his own worse enemy. Hell bent on leading a party that doesn't want him.
Why does the Tribune always go to these people for comments when their allegiance and agenda is so clear? Wells, Key and the like are some of the most disrespected and has-been politicians of the lot and we actually expect to get sensible comments from them on anything?
This doesn't shock me. The white knights have stopped their financial support because they do not want Minnis as leader.
Well his mantra is that he is for the poor man. Pity cuz poor man don't pay bills.
The day they get rid of him is when the party will be fully funded. They keep him and they not only lose the little financial support they have, but I guarantee they also lose the next general election.
What I don't get is why they insist on campaigning in the public arena. Isn't it the "delegates" that have to be convinced to vote for you (and by all accounts most of them are in Doc's pocket)?
Because, the powers that be are keeping it there! Plan A was to test in the court if the yes vote went through and Plan B was to test it even if it didn't. I think they were looking at this aspect long before the referendum.
The LGBT aim to dominate and have same-sex laws passed in every country in the world. They recently tested the courts in China and lost and are now appealing the case. The Bahamas and every other country will be tested.
This is not going away any time soon. We need to wake up.
I agree with Greg Moss. The issue needs to go to referendum and put to bed once and for all. Our people do not want this that's why we voted NO. If the people voted "NO" then why are they still insisting on persuing this?
The same song and dance for every time. Always something on the horizon that never materializes. Christie and his Government have never had a clear plan for anything. All they've ever done was copy the former administration or piggy back on their blue prints. By now we should realize that just wanted to get in fatten up their bank accounts and for the glory of the position.
They are clueless coming in and will be clueless when we vote them out!

Poignant! It's sad that victims of crime have indeed just become "numbers". My friend's uncle was murder number 100 in 2015. That's all I remember.
We need more "feeling" Parliamentarians who can affect change. It's only then that we will see change.
Mr. McCartney, I truly feel your pain.
