Actually Lamm was in the headlines shortly after the election as he was given these contracts while his drug case was still before the courts. I don't think this stuff is made up. These are facts. It's the way of the PLP - friends, family, lovers. Cronyism at its finest.

Gambling was initially outlawed by our forefathers for a darned reason because people were becoming addicted and it was effecting their families and their livelihoods.
