The man is writing an expose(whether one agrees or not) about the law and is application or misapplication. You cannot agree with him, even though your son is a victim of what he is talking about. Your son is now semi-stateless and stuck, and all you can say is, You are not Haitian.
Why should one have to "excel" at an interview for citizenship if they have met constitutional requirements? You need to join up with Ole' freddie and get your son his papers
I ask this question respectfully. Trinis call themself Trinidadian, Jamaicans call themself Jamaican, Barbados People call themselves Barbadian. Bahamians use the terminology, "Real Bahamian". If one is confident of their citizenship, why the emphasis?
