If I qualify, I have a right as a private citizen in a democracy NOT to purchase home owners insurance or any other kind of insurance for that matter. I can choose to take that risk but, I should also **not expect** the government to come to my aid if the home is destroyed by accident or natural disaster!!

Since China values access to capital markets far more than human life, it is not surprising that they would seek to protect the former at the expense of the latter!

@ DonAnthony ... ZNS is a propaganda tool for the government of the day. I would be surprised if any show at ZNS actually turns a profit. Were it not for government subsidies, ZNS would have closed down decades ago!
