The whole purpose of evacuation is that even though people may still lose property, they may save their lives and not have to live with the trauma of experiencing the storm. Bad memories can last a lifetime!
In this instance the PTSD people will struggle with was 100% avoidable!
It seems that with the mammoth financial challenges this country will have for the next few years, gov't should be prioritizing its expenditure. This just does not seem necessary at this time. Seems nothing much has been learnt from Dorian thus far!
This is why children should not be involved in relationships. Too many people lack the emotional maturity to be sexually involved with anyone. Nobody gets to control the decisions of another adult. You are taking a chance when you get emotionally involved with another person. If they decide to go outside of the relationship, its time to move on, not cause harm to others or yourself!.
... nah, should be built on higher elevation. The Rand is not too far from the airport and the elevation is not significantly higher either. The airport floods with every hurricane, that should be relocated as well.
Nope, the money should go where it will do the most good. Remember the amount of money given is limited, those who do not have a legal right to be here should not be allowed to dilute already scarce resources for those who will remain here!!
