How can you eliminate something that is sexually transmitted in a sexually irresponsible society like the Bahamas is something I would ask the thrice married doc?

Taxpayers will simply continue to bear the burden of funding the costs of meds to the ever growing HIV positive population, many of whom continue to be sexually reckless, spreading other diseases. That's the price of progressivism!

... my comment is simple and factual. When a person marches in any kind of march (labor, civil rights, etc) there can be repercussions, political, social, economic etc. Better put, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
