A far greater issue is when will our leaders stop flights from the UK, with a new mutated strain of COVID-19 and all! Based on their track record, probably after it is already here !

We are an expendable pawn in a geo-political game with the big boys. We have no say. We are a harlot nation, displaying our assets and selling access to the highest bidder, all while deluding ourselves that we are independent and sovereign!

Save the money instead os simply throwing it an another piece of technology that won't change anything. Watch The Weather Channel and invest the money in purchasing equipment and training NEMA, defense and police forces in planning and proper responses to natural disasters. Or just let Samaritans Purse run the whole thing!

Many Bahamians have not worked for up to 9 months while those at ZNS have been gainfully employed at the taxpayers expense. This is a terrible time to throw a fit for monies owed, when revenue into the treasury has fallen by 50% or more and viewers do not get value for money from ZNS.

Sorry, no sympathy here!

... if Bahamian governments ever focused on controlling illegal immigration, improving real education, not stifling small to medium sized business growth with over regulation, enforcing a system of meritocracy, creating a level playing field for all Bahamians while not encouraging their dependence on which party is in government for them to advance while curtailing predatory banking practices, then "young professionals" and all others would be able to afford to buy a piece of property. This is just another thinly veiled attempt to use the peoples resources to buy votes!
