Well done young man, he is certainly proud, we all are, thank you for representing our country so well.

Sending deepest condolences to you and your family at this very difficult time.

Davis is not exactly the most charismatic and engaging orator, is he REALLY benefiting us by being away so often?
I think we need to fix what's broke at home before he and his cronies all go jetting off in first class, living in the most expensive hotels, then begging leaders around the world to give us carbon credits (If that is what he is really doing.)

Something is OFF.

What IS The Real Reason? Good question.

Just like any corporate entity deals with oversea trips or conventions for their staff there should be ground rules and parameters set in place.
Before any official trip overseas there should be a list of reasons they want to go posted to the public, an approximate budget of the trips projected expenses, and list of attendees provided.
Then an informal vote (the public could vote on our phones) on whether they should spend the publics money on lavish five star hotels, chauffer driven limos, fancy restaurants, and expenses for their tailored suits, or just do a zoom meeting.

And after any trip, the attendees should be required to write trip reports, on what exactly was accomplished and if it was beneficial to the nation / how will that trip benefit us? And of course an accounting / breakdown of each trip.

Open and transparent.

Quote: "we """"suspect"""" she didn't even realise that she was hit."
This means they don't actually know, so begs the question why speculate, & why don't they just tell us the truth?

Don't they know by now that mistruth's and assumptions make us not trust them.

Five days later & she is in serious condition in the hospital, I hope & pray she fully recovers, and also hope the police educate themselves on better ways to deal with aggressive dogs, so this sort of thing doesn't happen again.

Yes, we know these delinquent pet owners are rife here, but nothing is being done to prosecute them, why?

The Pound / K9 Unit is government funded. They're the ones that need to do more regarding educating and enforcing laws, & stop expecting the Humane Society a Charity, to do their job.

We need more accountability in these government funded entities that do little to nothing, they sit back (quite literally, go and look) while BAARK! Humane Society, Potcake Puppy Place, & many other rescues groups go out into the communities helping to spay & neuter, reduced suffering for pets and educate society, however these entities are charities & really struggling to get by, still they are the ones actively doing the K9 units work.
You would be surprised to know what is really going on in the Government funded K9 unit, why are there so many large dangerous dogs kept there? Plus many other questions... but people scared to ask or say anything for fear of repercussions.

Talk about biting the hand that feeds you, most people here don't understand that Atlantis is fighting this battle this for the benefit of The Bahamas and its people & not for the benefit of Atlantis.

How they forget- If it were not for Sol Kerzner & Atlantis the Bahamas would have been in a deep, deep depression & for decades.

And if we had a properly managed national lottery we probably wouldn't have so many on welfare, web shops are causing poverty, its a fact.

I don't think people on welfare should be able to gamble, it should be up to them to choose welfare or gambling. And on their head be it.

everybody knows we should have had a national Lottery from the start.
