The Bahamian Government has no business buying it in the first place, it was a stupid wasteful move on their part, and they have Proven that they, the government, cant look after the maintenance and upkeep of any of their buildings. Sell it to Wynn!!!

Why is corporate Bahamas so silent when it comes to promoting the vaccine?

Why don't we see or hear anything from local Banks or Insurance companies for example, don't you think they should be encouraging the citizens to do what is right for the advancement of our nation as well?

We can't leave the messaging up to the government entities they're reliably useless at promoting what is in the Best Interest of all and inspiring the collective good in our populace.

Of course it is ethnic cleansing. Look it up, it has all the classic markers of Ethnic cleansing we just don't want to be honest and admit it, its too real. It has been going on since the first foreigner stepped here most people here don't know any different but of all the people we should understand things from a Haitians point of view, not a Colonialist point of view.

All this FAULT lies at the feet of The Bahamian Government and the bad Management in Immigration department, if the Immigration department could only be trusted (not to bully and take bribes) and if they made work permits and resident permits system operate properly there wouldn't be a "Haitian Problem" in the first place.

People say the Bahamas is a God fearing Christian nation and Bahamians are welcoming kind people, well that may be true for some visitors, but not if you are a Haitian.

Haitians are literally relatives of Bahamians, but the hate and vitriol written above and on social media is disgusting to see.

All Hattians want is a better life, put yourselves in their shoes and have some decent human empathy, for Gods sake!

They have come from a hell (Haiti has major unrest right now), to live in hell (because they cant afford rent because they get paid subhuman wages) and gone through hell (Poverty Earthquakes & Dorian) to be treated like hell, over and over again, and all this is happening because Bahamians lack compassion.

Its all a result of the Bahamian Gov's bad Management, if the Immigration department could only be trusted (not to bully and take bribes) and if they made work permits and resident permits system operate properly there wouldn't be a "Haitian Problem" in the first place.

Harry and Meghan are not children, they should have communicated with the actual members of their family and not the palace aids or Oprah.
As for the suicide issue, there is help and information out there on the internet, and expert advice on numerous suicide hotlines. I expect H&M have mental health experts at their own fingertips as Harry was the head of a mental health charity. So, why couldn't he have helped her?

It's very hard work being a member of the Royal Family, they help a huge amount of people and charities worldwide. It's more than just dressing nice and wearing diamonds, it's far from being a fairytale, with seriously long hours, surrounded by people all day, letter writing & corresponding with important issues, lots of travel and multiple engagements everyday and most nights, many of those are very boring events (Funerals, opening old folks homes, formal dinners) and it can be emotionally draining, visiting dying people children with cancer et al.

I wish them luck, I expect with their privilege H&M will be ok.

Tax collection and enforcement of fines and penalties is the main thing that is broken!

The staff at most of the Bahamas main tax revenue departments are lazy or corrupt, if they all did their jobs properly we'd all be better off.

Thank goodness for digitization, (30 years too late) I just hope it is being audited properly.

Better tourists and better tourist experiences & expectations will manifest if we aim higher, getting rid of the cruise industry will help us to aim higher.
