The majority of we Bahamians don't know what's good for us, we never have, we don't trust, we are negative, that's the way we are. And to our own detriment, we listen to the wrong people that always want to keep us down.
Stupid is as stupid does.

We have two choices, we either get a vaccine or we get covid.

I had the vaccine to do what is best for our collective society, I am not a hero, billons of others on the planet have done the same. I do not think I am the special person that one in a million who may have a reaction to it because the odds are so insignificant its laughable that anyone is afraid. They just don't understand mathematics. Again, stupid is as stupid does.

You don’t get to refuse to participate in a pandemic. We are all either contracting the virus, or getting the vaccine. That’s it. Those are the two options.

When deciding whether or not to get vaccinated; you should compare what we know about the virus, to what we know about about the vaccine. You should not trick yourself into comparing receiving the vaccine with remaining both Uninfected and unvaccinated. That is not a third option that exists unless you are a solo resident on an uninhabited remote island.

The earliest human trials for the Covid-19 vaccines began a year ago. We only have about 5 additional months worth of data on Covid disease itself (with less “participants”). So the “long term effects”, in terms of years, are unknown for both groups. However, we know from existing data, that those in the control group who have contracted Covid-19 disease are, at an alarming percentage, even with mild disease, left with life long complications such as; lung disease, heart disease, vascular disease, liver dysfunction, kidney failure, neurologic and psychiatric disorders and more.
Those will be long term disabilities.

It would be good to see how they respond to quality questioning, you can tell a lot about how they answer questions off the cuff. Maybe we will be able to chose the better candidate out of our glorious array of bad options.

Bahamians are realizing Finally that we need new blood in power, these old jokers have become obsolete in this new epoch, they can't even discuss their views in public, its all so juvenile.

Make them debate, it should be mandatory, they should welcome the chance, and say thank you for the opportunity to debate! But no, they cower instead.

It is just plain evil to destroy the shanty towns the way the Bahamian government has been doing.
The Bahamas Government doesn't show the real loss and sadness these poor families go through because they are embarrassed about how it looks, and their cruelty will be shared to the rest of the world.
Hang your heads you evil people who treat Haitians like second class humans.

You know better, behave humanely and Do Better.

There for the grace of God.

D'Aguilar is doing a great job as BMOTA head!

He is getting things done more than any other previous minister in the same position, and doing it through the most challenging times the Bahamas Aviation Industry has ever encountered.

Thank you and well done!

Congratulations Llewellyn Boyer-Cartwright!

You worked on this for Decades good to see they finally listened to you :)

Thank you for all the hard work.

What is there to even discuss? Sell it to Wynn!!!
This would be a Wynn-Wynn for Wynn and a Win-Win for the Government and for the people of the Bahamas!

The Bahamian Government has no business buying it in the first place, it was a stupid wasteful move on their part, and they have Proven that they, the government, cant look after the maintenance and upkeep of any of their buildings. Sell it to Wynn!!!

Why is corporate Bahamas so silent when it comes to promoting the vaccine?

Why don't we see or hear anything from local Banks or Insurance companies for example, don't you think they should be encouraging the citizens to do what is right for the advancement of our nation as well?

We can't leave the messaging up to the government entities they're reliably useless at promoting what is in the Best Interest of all and inspiring the collective good in our populace.

Of course it is ethnic cleansing. Look it up, it has all the classic markers of Ethnic cleansing we just don't want to be honest and admit it, its too real. It has been going on since the first foreigner stepped here most people here don't know any different but of all the people we should understand things from a Haitians point of view, not a Colonialist point of view.
Black Lives Matter .
Anyone who thinks differently needs to do some soul searching and read history.

All this FAULT lies at the feet of The Bahamian Government and the bad Management in Immigration department, if the Immigration department could only be trusted (not to bully and take bribes) and if they made work permits and resident permits system operate properly there wouldn't be a "Haitian Problem" in the first place.
