I gone DNA...they can't be any worse than these clowns. By the time their new blood learn how to manipulate the system, they might have done the country some good. Going to give the inexperienced non-politicians a try...the experienced politicians have obviously failed us and got rich doing it.
To be honest...I truly hopes no government in this country EVER matches this one because I would not want to live through this level of incompetence and b#llsh!t ever again.
Mr. Commish, I applied to join the Reserves over a year ago and I have not received even so much as the courtesy of an acknowledgement of my application so you all can't be serious with your call for us to join the force.
When will our government grow a pair and stand up to bullies like these? The company is broke...if they stick to their guns and want the increase then fire some to pay the others and see how they like that.

True, but professional insurance and PHA's indemnity does not protect you from being sued in your professional capacity ... as a matter of fact, that is why you need the insurance in the first place. My focus here though, is why would I indemnify you if you are sued since I only hired you to do a job...if you do it right there should be no law suits. Maybe they told him what to put in the report with the understanding they will pay any damages he get stuck with. This is getting really interesting.

Last I checked the truth was an absolute defense against any claim of defamation against you. The more I read this saga the more I am of the opinion that these "audits" weren't really meant for the right reasons and can't stand up to scrutiny.
