The guy really has to lay out all the issues of waste in a special for people to grasp the seriousness. It would be a good way to show his knowledge gained of this sub environmental issue. I hope we're expecting one.
It's like we're remedial. I'm almost ready to say that this must be a black thing because I've actually have never seen a manicured black area anywhere in the globe. The white people must have kept all that association dues and waste subscription knowledge to themselves. We just don't know how to do it. Trust me, those clean town abroad aren't the people picking up trash.

Just require these damn places and spaces to call their collectors frequently enough or be fined heavily !
Talk to your bank friends about loans for public bin companies. Bring in a company to train of needed.
I haven't heard a thing about illegal dumping officers to patrol usual spots and enforce penalty.
