Bahamas legacy businesses were killed by their own greed and two economic principles! Firstly, law of Diminishing Return and secondly, Exclusive Distributions Agreements!!

Both become volatile when inflation levels reach situation points. . . them greedy hogs increasingly "sucked" and "sucked" the resources from the people who had nowhere else to move away from distributors that had unfair monopolies as a result of multiple distribution agreements with producers that kept vital items in their hands!! The resultant inflation reached a unsustainable diminishing return index level, and real product value stopped! Raising prices at this point only started a circling of stagnant value where inflation continues to rise!

Here we end up with a stagnant market (due to Exclusive Distribution Agreements) and inflationary produced Diminishing Return Index. . .no change in produce, inflation keeps going up due to merchant greed and all the while newer and more innovative merchants are introducing alternative produces. . .thus, the death of greedy merchant with useless exclusive distributions contracts. With these greedy merchants, time destroys them!! Their market migrates away from them! Their EDC creates their monopiles and their monopolies gradually evolve into inflationary pricing that ends in DRI that push them into continually raising pricing. . .further increasing inflation. . .ending in pricing themselves out of their market!!

Hence, the legacy merchants spoken about above became the death of their own businesses!!! I can clearly remember while studying economic, I asked myself. . .why would they do such damage to themselves!!
