This case is so sloppy and blind-sided. . .if allowed to remain, there shall never be another case where private schools (chartered schools) can ever be accountable for unlawful behaviors based on other related ACTS governing NGO and GO social institutions (schools, hospitals and etc.) in this nation!!

This is the end of private institutions be legally held accountable for any breach of any statured law as long as they have internal policy handbooks. . .be they according to statured laws or not!!!! This case has gone completely off-the-rail and instead of addressing dismissals of students all the way to public laws do not apply to private institutions policies. . .in other words, laws of the land do not apply to private institutions!!
