This piece sounds the alarm about a missing board for some government fund. . .at the same time it shows the lay out for where and how a board works. What a joke!!

I posit your research of what is a Board for a company or intuition and the difference between appointment and convention of a Board? The Act that governs the Fund was passed in 2022. . .Board appointed June 30th, 2025. . .August 7th, 2025 the Governor of the Central Bank (government banker) was appointed to that Board. . . according to Act 2022. . .none of this is disputed!! Even if that board has never convened once. . .that board was established in 2022 according to the same Act 2022! The Chair was appointed June 30th, 2025 and letter of appointment was delivered August 7th, 2025. . .then the funds owner commenced acquisitions from the fund according to Act 2022. The board had a chair June 30th 2025. . .this suggests that there must have been a board. Keep in mind that the ACT 2022 tells the owner when acquisition can be affected. . .not the board. . .the board is just the "watchdog" to make sure the funds are used in accordance with funds acquisitions protocols!

I could be wrong, but since that board sits on a government fund (100%), the Central Bank Chair sits as Chairman. . .the Chair and the other board members do not have any mandate or privilege to divert from established SOP for how funds are used and for what purpose! Funds acquisitions and vectoring of funds are stated within Act 2022. . .not the board!

The board governs how the funds are used by the company. . . according to the legal charter (Act 2022) . . .and unless the Act clearly defined meeting schedule for the board. . .the board itself sets its meeting protocol! The board meeting protocols have nothing to do with how the owner acquires and use the funds. . .the board watches that the funds are acquired according to Act 2022! Keep in mind that the board itself can be sued for putting restraints on owner's use and acquisitions of fund . . .if the owner-maintained Act 2022 protocols for use and acquisitions of funds!!

When the board is established, that board can only tell the owner of the fund what to use the funds for and when they cannot use it contrary to the Act 2022. If the owner uses the fund as stipulated within designated owner acquisition protocols. . .the board can never convene. . .or only convene if there is a user contravention of Fund acquisition protocols in Act 2022!!

It is long known that some Haitians are operating a boarding school like enterprise where Haitian children are sent to Bahamas where other Haitians are paid to house children while they are placed into Bahamian schools! I have seen Haitian children "sitting" in our classrooms and nobody. . .not even Principals know who the child is or how they got into the school!! I have seen a case where some of the Haitian children cannot speak any English!! Haitian children just show up, in uniforms, with all needed supplies. . .but nobody knows who the child is or how he/she got into the school!!

My first question is why was this plane found near Red Bay? Did the pilot acted in a reckless manner. . .the weather forecast was not good. The US Coast Guard could not find them either? Ground assistance from Red Bay's experts on the sea could not find them?? All respondents said that the poor weather conditions hampered their efforts to find and reckless pilot who initially went out into poor weather conditions. . .a pilot who made no emergency calls for assistance. . .a pilot who was off his official flight plan??

I don't know what that family expected for rescuers to do. . .stay out into the bad weather that the pilot was warned not to be out in and put their lives in jeopardy?
