Fred Smith is "trying his case in public". . .the judge done "throw" him and his client "under the bus". . ."I can't tell him to apply or for his application to be approved. . .all I said that he could apply and his application "can" be approved or denied". Fred knows that his client has been taken to

High courts interpret the constitutions not make them. . .what is there is there as defacto law.
