Sir Hartman Longley is an idiot to suggest such a ruling, i would now question his many rulings, it equally goes for Fred Smith and any person in the judicial system who agrees with him. A persons guilt or innocence is not determined on how his lawyer acts but on evidence or the lack thereof, equally when in court the judges speak directly to the lawyers and not the clients.
