Alex Storr is completely incompetent and intelligently ignorant if he believes a pledge conference means that is actually given. A pledge means you say you will give so much, but there is no guarantee that you will. Is that too complex for him to understand? And if he is so foolish to believe the UNDP will participate in a public relations exercise, he is doing more damage to the country and being able to receive help from the UNDP in the future.

The letter writer is actually referring to the "continuing eligibility to receive old age non-contributory pension" form (https://www.nib-bahamas.com/UserFiles/H…). This is for people who will get pension but never contributed to NIB, not about people who contributed to NIB.
The "Pension Contributing Eligibility Form is completely different and doe not contain the information the writer is referring to (https://nib-bahamas.com/UserFiles/HTMLE…)
