The problem with the video is that if the room was moldy as she claimed, why is she staying in it? Why not go downstairs and ask for another room? Maybe government should have just sent them to the Bahamas Academy gym, seeing how ungrateful she was for a personal room and not community housing.
I really thought Marvin had more integrity than that. He starting to pull a Davis. Now just waiting for Shame, I mean Shane judicial review, which I am sure he won't do.
Amazing how we through number in the air with no facts to support them. And then to top it off the union leader wants people terminated to get a full severance pay, and then to be rehired again when the business opens at the same pay levels. Isn't that double dipping? Maybe should terminate all the union leaders and give their salaries to the workers.
BPL persons would tell you that they never gave a March date for all to be powered up as they knew that was not possible. Most people are not aware that the entire electrical grid in central was destroyed, Yo don't rebuild that back overnight and that cost money. Amazing how something that took years to put in place we expect back in 2 days and money already not there.
I don't work for BPL, but I'm an engineer and saw what went down over there.
Now we are seeing why this economic committee may not work. When you have these union leaders with their views about carving out their space for themselves and not looking at the overall country picture, we are going to be in trouble. I'm just wondering who are they wanting to pay for these sanitisation booths? Shouldn't they have been keeping their taxis clean all along?

This is not news. The people doing the restoration of the power on the ground were saying that it would have been September 2020.
