Please tell what else he should be doing and sharing. Then we could know whether to agree or not and then how to agitate for what more would be needed.

Here we go again. Another day another order. Can't make this up if you tried. Honestly I'm getting tired this.

The Cayman Dollar is not tied to the US Dollar and it is more. The world doesn't not fall apart because something is not tied to the US dollar. There are a whole lot of countries doing well not tied to the US dollar. The world does not revolve around the US.

What trade deal did China make?

Glad to see the Tribune doing this. Hope they get to the right place.

First, the PM need to stop creating the panic and chaos with his ever changing order every other day and then amending before it even has a chance to take effect. Find one thing that you are willing to focus on and let that run for a week or more and see if it works before coming back and changing.

Stop creating a panic with so many changing order, that before we understand the first one, we have to worry about a next one.

Second, if you will announce a change, give people ample notice to be ablate adjust. Having a press conference at 5 pm to tell people the order come into effect at 6 pm does not work to calm people and control the situation.

I'll come back later

That is what happens when you make stuff up as you go. So true, wisdom is needed in this, not power trips.

So is the government providing masks to people now? Are they available? Now there will be a mad rush for those. Keep it up. Every now order just creates further chaos.

This is getting out of hand though. Always some amendment after the first announcement. Can't make this up no more.

So they should carry the stuff home in their hands? What I'm I missing?

moncurcool says...

Ok what I am missing. The article notes that Mr. Butler says that Cable Bahamas is positioned very strong to cope with a post COVID-19 world. If that is so then why are they laying off people? Something does not correlate there.

moncurcool says...

I totally agree with the concept of the article. Long overdue. Hopefully the Ministry of Tourism will stop catering to the high net worth tourist and focus on making the Bahamas affordable for the average tourist and thereby the average Bahamian.
