I don't understand what all the fuss is about. Donors pledged what they wanted to give. The government cannot force a donor to give something particular. They ought to be happy that in light of the volcano eruption in the Philippines and the earthquakes in Puerto Rico and the attacks in Yemen that people even pledged to give $1 to the Bahamas.

When you can run a company and build it with your own money and have it function and development an educational system like Finland, then talk about leader.

A referendum for what? Either the opposition will use it to play politics, or the vote of the people will be ignored. Until our politicians mature, we don't need to waste money on another referendum.
