Now the cat is out of the bag. These dudes not just trying to put their hand in the cookie jar, they trying to run off with the whole jar.
Government is wrong on this one. No way the government puts more into Freeport than it gets out.
These people do not know how to get the governments attention. Just stop running the buses and see how the government will respond.
In a business world, how is it that the government is telling you what to charge? And acting like they are doing your a favor by saying they fight to get you 25 cents?
I won't even comment on the need to modernize the bussing system in New Providence, let alone the other Family Islands. The government ha no clue on that.

Right there is why you do not give any civil servants a choice. ALL should be moved to the plan.
This Bahamian who LIVES in Grand Bahama, has made money.
Since you believe the government is so good at Grand Bahama, why don't you leave your Nassau comfort zone and you move there and live in West End or East End. Or Eight Mile Rock. and then see how great the government is at providing services for you.

I'm saying that all those presently employed should be moved to the plan, just like the new ones.
This issue is giving the ones with the free ride over 8 years a choice.

Have you seen the difference between Freeport and West End run by the government?
Have you seen the difference between Freeport and East End run by the government?
That would tell you what Freeport would be if run by the government.
And tit would tell you what Grand Bahama would be if the government gets out.
