What does never really materialised really mean? Does that means some thing did happen in the partnership?

First all, NIB i already increased every two years. That is no new news.

Maybe the Tribune could do a series of article on ho the government waste the money of NIB by taking from it to build these buildings that never give a return, and challenge the government to fix raiding NIB funds first. Otherwise, nothing will change no matter how many rate increases there are.

Come on Fifth Estate, challenge the government with the pen.

What is so tragic with this is that the government is requiring of companies what it will not do itself. How many years does it the the government auditor to audit government?

This financial secretary needs to be sent packing. He is a total waste who is destroying this country.

How is it in all the NIB talk, that government no where takes responsibility for its reckless use in spending NIB funds?

The question he needs to address is, if those in the building where he made this speech going to be included.

What legacy has Davis or is he leaving. Flying all over the globe making speeches is not a legacy, especially when you have not implemented one of the things in your speech in your own country.
