Edmund Moxey sought to do this for Jumbey Village, and when his won government saw it could work without them they killed it.

Wallace Grooves sought the same for Freeport, and when the government of the day could not control it they squashed it.

SO Davis want to bring a bill for National Development? Seriously? What stops the net government rom amending the bill or withdrawing it?

Why does The Bahamas need a National Service Bill? If young people want to serve, are there not reputable youth organizations in this country they can join? Can they not join the cadets or rangers as well?

Why add a department that the director of labor should be able to stop with not issuing a labor certificate. And Immigration simply not issue a permit. Or when the permit is issued, it has a time frame and a name of an understudy must be submitted, and once permit up, no more renewals for any foreigner.
