That is the contempt that MPs treat laws in the Bahamas.

Rightly said, I didn't know is not acceptable. And if they it mans they are MPs who don't know the requirements of their position. Can you imagine people who do not know the requirement oof their positions are the ones running the country and making laws? Does that right there not tell you the problem our country is in?

So they are going to go after tax delinquents. Fine. Trust they also enforce the law against MPs who did not follow the law and file their disclosures.

And yet you want to sell carbon credits to the very people causing the pollution? Is that not a contradiction?

Me thinks the title of this article is misleading. The word Former should be in front of World.

This guy gets up and acts like he is doing Bahamians a favor. This is what his job is. You don't get credit for your job, you get it for going above and beyond.

Why don't he challenge the status quo and say that every permit given must have a Bahamian understudy and that the permit will only be for 5 years maximum and not renewed as a Bahamian will take over the position after that. Then you talk about making a difference in work conditions for Bahamians.

By the way, what is the purpose of these food kitchens? What are they all about. I'm tired of these Cabinet ministers comments being printed without them being challenged to produce facts about what they are spewing.

The problem is that people throw around words like excellent, with no comprehension of what excellent means.
