How do ships in the water help the police in Haiti control gangs? Did anyone probe him on that?
Maybe the Defense Force needs to send ships to patrol the waters around Haiti to stop the migrant boats coming out, rather than waiting for them to get here.
No expectation whatsoever, because at the end of the day these leaders will meet, to greet, to eat, to plan when to meet again, accomplishing nothing that is beneficial to the lives of their citizens.
Is this what our "supposed" democratic country has come to? A Cabinet minister threatening citizens not to exercise their constitutional rights to protest?

Bran is right, the laziest thing is to just raise taxes and take from people, rather than find creative ways to raise money that do not burden the population. This government needs to go, and go fast. They are just killing this country.
