ok, let me guess, someone operated this boat with no maintenance, no attention to safety procedures.

everybody around there knew it, but hey no one said nothing because the operator is a saint on earth and needs to make a living.

the only reason he did not fix the boat is because the vat went to 12%

then some plp troll is going to sue the govt and then call for the resignation of the minister of transport.

yes, in the past I used to work for monty python.

sorry, it is tragic.

I do not see why the concern about privacy.

There is no privacy in the Bahamas.

One time I was gossiping to two individuals about a trouble making neighbour-- telling the truth, so it was not libel. One individual replied ;"He goes to the office where my sister works, he has diabetes, that is why he is miserable". The other one said: "He dates my aunt and he is a miser". I found that quite plausible.

But I say this to say the following: every time you present some documents at a govt office, a doctor's office, or a bank, it is quite plausible an employee will make comments to others about those documents as soon as you leave. " Look here, the tribune blogger just bought hemorroid ointment."

Now it is just going to be published on facebook.

Well it appears there are only three dozen lots available anyway, surely they can find three dozen civil servants.

This will be another "mortgage relief".

But the three dozen will eventually flip the homes.

Upon reflection the govt realised this could only be available to those who have salary to deduct.

but I am irked that this will be another privilege given to civil servants only.

ohdrap4 says...

The civil servants will get 2% , two percent, loans through salary deductions.
as it is this is only for civil servants, folks.

This is not for lower class bahamians. it is for civil servants. as reported on the Tribune on may 10th:

> LOTS in Sunset Close and Fox Hill
> worth $30,000 or less will officially
> go on sale in June or July, Prime
> Minister Dr Hubert Minnis announced
> yesterday, adding that the lots will
> be available ONLY to police officers,
> immigration officers, customs
> officers, defence force officers,
> prison officers, teachers and nurses
> in the first wave.

they are giving more privilege to the civil servant.
we pay taxes to keep the lazy working.
now they can get 2% interest lloan ( free money just about), through salary deductions.

the civil servants are more equal than others, yep.
