At my work, the people take contributions to help with funeral expenses of co-workers relatives.

I used to contribute. When my mother died with huge medical bills, and I had to travel far, all I got was a condolence card from one co workers. The others did not even acknowledge my loss.

So, I no longer contribute to such causes. I only donate to animal welfare.

Tenants eyes get big when their downpayment accumulated amount starts looking good and cash it in or ask for rent credit for several months.

Landlords also spend the downpayment portion . Also some landlords collect BPL money from the tenant and in turn don't pay BPL.

The bill ducking culture runs deep.

The labour laws stipulate at least 1.5 weeks annual vacation, which in law means 2 weeks.

Same with the parking. Should be 2 for each unit. The monstrosity of works should not accept this crap. Even if a couple lives there, they need 2 parking spaces.

As young families mature , the parking needs are augmented and cause much annoyance to condominium owners.
