These guys are really full of it. BJ said that he didn't blame the FNM for the high crime rate
when they were elected to govern the country; he blamed poor governance. I thought he
was a doctor, not a lawyer.

Many years ago, when as a young man, i used to work at a soda company. We had a
promotion going on concerning the collection of a certain type of soda cap, where the first
prize was a bicycle. None of the employees nor their immediate family were eligible to
participate.---- But those were the good old days, or maybe the prize was too small.

Keith Bell can also put out those signs about the number of murders under the FNM,since
he still says that he saw nothing wrong with displaying them.

A PLP cabinet minister pretends to be honest and unbiased and for a minute some of us
believes that he is ,and the first two members of the House that he goes after are the leader
of the Opposition and the former deputy leader, whom many FNM voters wish was the leader.
At least he could have gone after one of his government colleagues first if he were serious since he knows definitely that many are in the position that he claims the two FNM MP's are in.
His (political) house is burning down and he goes about trying to burn his neighbour's house
in the hope that it would quench the fire in his house. Silly little boy!

Birdiestrachan i would submit that KB is the heir apparent to Ronnie Butler. Yes he is a very
good entertainer and i really missed him at Carnival and Goombay Summer as it seems he
was discriminated against in the latter, typical PLP fashion. As for the noise making and
shaking up, you probably pay handsomely to see foreign entertainers do the same thing.
Since you are very seldom correct on anything, KB's singing in this instance, i suggest you
listen to two of his songs, "Mr.Rhythm and Rhyme" and "Send Her Home".
He is my favourite entertainer and i would pay to see him perform, anytime, so being able
to see him for free is icing on the cake. You see i love Bahamian music and i TRULY "Believe
in Bahamians"!
P.S. The two songs that i mentioned have no political message, so take a chance.

My2cents that sounds more like what i expect from you and other bloggers with common
sense. We have to remember that police officers are sworn to protect our society from
criminal elements are for the most part just like us, only that they are in a profession and a
society now, unlike the one of my youth, where they have to carry firearms. They also have
first hand knowledge of the prevalence of illegal firearms on our street and of the criminals
propensity to use them in their activity, whether to frighten ,harm, or kill.
I am almost certain that at the end of their shift they would like to report that it was a quiet day
with nothing to report ,however when that is not the case, they must be prepared to return to their families just as they were when they left for work, even if it means using deadly force to
subdue a wanted and armed criminal, whose desire it is for them to do otherwise.I have no problem with an investigation, afterwards

My2cents you have to be careful now because you are getting almost as bad as TalRussell.
Jean was on the most wanted list , wanted for armed robbery among other crimes. I get the
impression that if you and Tal were police officers you would say ,"Hi Jean ! We were looking
for you for quite a while," while opening the squad car door , standing outside."We are not
armed because we do not like violence, come, please?"
Then we would have two military funerals the next week.

The young you lady working at Burger King will only take home $210 minus National
Insurance deduction deserves the raise, the young lady working at Atlantis will take home

her parents are $180,000 poorer and she doesn't make that much.

TruePeople; you call it murder when police officers return fire trying to
protect themselves, get illegal firearms off the streets and keep our country
safe? It probably makes you want to throw away all of your illegal guns i guess.
