This is good news, the increased population, but for general knowledge and good reporting , this article should have at least mentioned the names of the other five islands that used to have parrots because i do not know them.

I have blogged on this subject before and was extremely critical of the prime minister, but i
have had a change of heart, albeit temporarily, depending on the result that i obtain.
Hear me on this: almost three years ago i was called in by my supervisor and told that the new
early retirement age ,which previously was at sixty, has been reduced to fifty seven, which i was at the time and that it was voluntary. I told him that my last son had one more year in high school, with college to follow ,so i therefore was not prepared to accept it at that time
(understandable i think). He said that if i wanted to stay it was okay ,since it was completely
voluntary.Within ten days,i was called to the office and told that i was being laid off and was given my severance package.
Fast forward to 2014, son in college, unemployed, funds dwindling rapidly and this Ishmael Lightbourne thing came up. a light was born in my head! I have a relative who knows the PM
personally! I will tell her to call the PM and inform him of my predicament ! one phone call and i would have my job back ! wow!
All she has to do is remind this swellheaded guy who he is and that he can do all things and
also remind him of his middle initial .He would then smile ,stick his nose up in the air and say, "yes, Perry God Christie."

This" birdiestrachan " just doesn't get it , just like most of the PLP diehards, saying that the banker could have said no. CWS wanted to say no but couldn't .Do you think an individual
banker could?
We always think of ourselves as the best, in worldly standards, but we never apply those standards to ourselves.Could you imagine if President Obama had made a similar call and
proceeded to go on television and boast about it?
Please send me some responses fellow bloggers.

I have a friend who used to work with these same pilots, he however is not one of them, and he
says that it is all about greed as some of them make $14,000 per month and that foreign pilots
who trained them, were happily working in Grand Bahama for half of that.

We all know of Fred Smith and his love of the limelight. He is just seething that the other Fred
is hogging it up and he wants to remind us that there is another Fred in town.

The sissies are on a roll now (they even have Obama with them) ,they will not stop until they have successfully sued God for discrimination because He would not allow two of the same sex to procreate, just as we heterosexuals do.

And to think that he was brought back after his previous dismal term, shows you the mettle of
his leader. We are also reminded of the alleged incident with one of his alleged sweethearts.
I am happy to know that none of the women PLP MP's were in the house, with the exception
of (you know who),because their response to Leslie's response was deafening!

That statement is half right " jt", Bishop Hall is black,(dead black) and Fred Mitchell is boorish
(dead boorish) . I think the reporter missed not or isn't before boorish.

I read this article and came to the conclusion that although the waitress was primarily at fault,
Ms.Chatti also contributed to this incident. Sometimes when people go to reside in the U.S.,
they come back with that same black American attitude, challenging everything and often feel that because they live in America ,they are now a bit better than us,i guess akin to someone
from Nassau going to live in a small family island. After she reported the waitress to
management, even one of them told her to leave it alone, but she refused. If i were in a similar
situation and didn't like the profane language,i would simply get up and leave. That same
attitude in our society today contributes to many unfortunate incidents ,especially when you can see the type of person you are dealing with.

If we do not arrest and reduce this Haitian situation, someday when we or our descendants
go to the U.S. and they hear surnames like Ferguson,Johnson, Rolle,Thompson, etc, they
would think we are from Jamaica, because Bahamian surnames do not sound like that.
