Yes! Lyford Cay conspirators are toadying! But why? Are they smuggling toads to start a war in the middle-east not to mention an outbreak of warts?

Chinese and American Ex-Pats are mixed up in this? Surely, but what about Aurich Goldfinger?

What of those reports that Goldfinger secretly commandeered the Delaporte Point Forward Scatter Station to scramble communications with the States?

Didn't Dr. No mastermind this sinister toads-for-war plot from his yacht, the Disco Volante, his floating command post anchored in Nassau Harbor?

What about last week's report that Dr. No built a secret underground bunker beneath The Caves, in which he plans to hoard tons of toads, for reasons too vulgar to reveal in a family column?

Another logical and most plausible explanation re bilges of large ships. Very common means by which invasive species get around.

It does seem the old PLP grudge against FNM for Atlantis is behind some of this Lyford Cay conspiracy stuff.

Seems like the most logical explanation. Thanks.

The latest Harvard University study, conducted by Professor of Law Don Kates among others, yet again provides extensive facts and figures to prove what you say.

Put simply: you want less crime? Simple, put more guns in the hands of law abiding citizens and watch the crime rate drop because criminals do not like to pick on citizens who can defend themselves.

Crime in America is falling, despite the media hysteria, because gun laws have been liberalized during the past thirty years.

States with harsh gun laws have high crime rates, states with relaxed gun laws enjoy low crime rates.

More guns = less crime.

Happened to hear Mr. McCartney interviewed on Direct Impact (?) on ZNS-1 while visiting last Thursday morning. He made plenty of sense and seemed logical and reasonable in his presentation.

Mr. McCartney's concerns expressed re illegal immigration and shanty towns echoed those expressed by many Americans for our own country.

Uncannily identical to Americans' concerns was his stated belief that those who could do something about this apparently abstain from taking action as it may benefit them in some unpublicized manner.

A pleasure to read this gentleman's remarks.

A year ago, the election outcome was baffling, how could this happen? Strange and disconcerting reports circulated, having to do with piles of cash spread about to buy votes, but from what source? Cui bono?

Who stood to benefit from this not inconsiderable investment in nation 'jacking?

Well, now we know, don't we, and it's straight from an Ian Fleming novel, isn't it? Fondly recall reading Fleming for the first time whilst staying with dear family friends at their beautiful home out on Eastern Road by Winton Highway. What seemed a great series of novels turns out to have been, as are so many, taken from the pages of history.

Fitting that Fleming, scion of London bankers to the Elites and veteran of Admiralty Intelligence, often situated his stories in the Bahamas and wrote of those who sought to own the world for their own pet plaything, and isn't it?

"World domination, the same old dream. Our institutions are filled with men who think they're Napoleon - or God."

This doesn't sound like the Bahamas many of of us have loved for so many decades. Either the ruling party puts a stop to this or it can expect visitors to seek safer venues.

This sounds like an inside job, doesn't it?

Congratulations, Hon. MP Miller. Job well done, Sir. Criminals read the papers and watch the news and your example of a fine citizen defending his life and property and the lives of others will surely give some of these reprobates pause the next time they contemplate committing a crime.

Thank you.

A free market benefits all. A controlled market benefits those in control to the detriment of the rest.

Many Americans, among other nationalities, would love to own land and spend part or all of their time in the Bahamas. They may not be in the league of those who can name small peninsulas after themselves, but perhaps that stands in their favor.

Mr. Daminanos has it exactly right. Dismissing his learned counsel will bring tediously predictable results which will take years to rectify. Acting on his counsel will ensure prosperity for all.

Looks like a lot of fun. Will try to get over there for it next time.
