Yep, they're waddling around in costly costumes the Brits have abandoned due sheer impracticality, as if anyone with sense takes them seriously, please. Waiting to see how long the latest fleet of new cars last before being added to the heap of disrepair. Another inept govt. funded social employer.

Actually I've always known her to be a demure, self-effacing person. It's quite likely the reporter shoved a mic and began leading questions. Its tough to not say something they spin into a story.

Absolute rubbish, "stoner" seems to explain your thought process. Anyone caught illegally gets due process and sent packing. Are they going to say "yeah I came in here under the dark of night, and was treated really great"? Of course not. Further, if you're treated like "animals" why they still here? There's a free plane ride back to Utopia whenever they want to go. Enough with this mealy-mouthed drivel.

Thought I'd double post to this column. Here's a link to a pic taken Nov 8th, '19, near Exuma. 48 souls total. Let's extend our hands and hearts and offer each room in our homes, starting with dear Alicia, after all, we're all one blood, from Mother Africa, let's dispense with these petty territorial concerns. All a we is ONE!

It seems I read "undocumented" in every other sentence above, haven't seen "illegal" yet. I get the sense that those of us who see the mounting numbers of Illegal, unscreened, unvetted, and yes, undocumented migrants wading to our shores and scattering into the undergrowth as a threat to our stability are considered panic prone extremists, heaping all the nation's problems on these folk who're just looking for a better life for themselves and their kin. Are there some uneducated, shrill Bahamian cries blaming the migrant problem for every mosquito bite they suffer? Sure there are, but don't for one minute think this is not a major drain on our resources and a feeder for more crime. This is not America, this is a poorly run state that prospered because of proximity, I fear you will understand this only when some plywood and galvanized roof manifests in the vacant lot near your home, along with a cobbled together fruit stand on your street. I wonder what your response will be then. Lets just let 'em keep coming, they only trying to do better. Let some of their excellent journalists or whatever your main trade is roll up as well and write some fiery opinion pieces, nothing like a little variety eh?
