If you are born here to illegal immigrants means that you also speak English therefore if you choose TO NOT apply for citizenship as prescribed by bahamian law then you have chosen to be deported when The Immigration Dept proves that you are undocumented so why would a court case be necessary to prove you have to leave? This Haitian lawyer has taken it upon himself to facilitate the complete take over of our country by his fellow brethren from HIS homeland. If he is so gungho for his people to be treated right and fairly then he simply needs to pack up and carry his practise there and lead the fight pro bono to deal with their issues face to face and stop hiding behind our laws !!!
You forgot paying off all of the greedy government officials and also the cost of replacing stock that the sticky fingered Bahamian staff steal weekly then of course the weekly breakins and the yoyo electricity supply !!!
The Police are actually considering to charge a witness for detaining the female driver. It's no wonder the criminals think they have the right to do as they please. What if it was one of their immediate family members who was fatally wounded by this callous driver !!!
It is so sad that we have now devolved to this state where human life is just treated in such a flippant manner. I hope when it's their turn to be extniguished in that manner that they are prepared and accepting of their consequences.
To apply for a public service driver's license, the driver must first prove they have a single digit I.Q. coupled with a total, complete and absolute disregard for road rules and regulations combined with the ability to pilot a 30 seat Ferarri through the congested streets at Indy 500 speeds all in pursuit of the Almighty Dollar and be prepared to stop whenever they see a single wing chicken waving it's wing for a ride regardless of where that may be. These bus drivers are maniacal idiots driven by their love for money and they are putting other drivers at risk with the apparent blessing of The Road Traffic Dept !!! So sad !!!
Dear Honest Truth, this is, something to talk about and share, for the youth of the Bahamas to see that they don't have to settle for being second class as they are now being lead to believe !!!
If a curfew is not iniated soon then this will continue or a high profile official/s will have to be murdered before any pro-action is taken because we seem to be stuck in the reaction mode !
If Fred Smith was born and raised in Haiti then he is a Haitian by his very own words and should therefore be invited to return to Haiti, HIS homeland and fight for his people's rights amongst them and for them there !!!
How can his deportation be deemed illegal when Mr. Charles took it upon himself to NOT follow the Immigration laws of children born to illegal immigrants here in The Bahamas are required by LAW to be registered on their 18th birthday. Now see that he was born here then we all know he can speak and read english therefore he chose to be deported by not following the written laws of our Bahamaland regardless of what his dancing clown attorney is saying and portraying. If he wanted to stay here then he should have taken the steps, measures and procedures to facilitate his residency, plain and simple !!!
