Well I did not read in the article where she was fined $20,00 or jailed ! But as usual the laws are just made to rest comfortably in a book on a shelf, perhaps instead of just threatening these people and just carry out the law as prescribed then I am certain Bahamians will do as the law says or they will get what the law promises if they choose to do as they please. Most of these laws have been put into place to scare people but guess what, the people are not scared because they know that nothing will come out of breaking the LAW !!!

The only thing the hotel union is bracing for is a huge cut of their mandatory contributions from poor union members which would in turn force them to have to cut down on their steak, lobster, shrimp and salmon daily dinners and reacquaint themselves to living like the average Bahamian does !!!

Has it dawned yet on these water sports operators that their nefarious activities have finally played a part on their business activities or did they just think their entitlement would shield them forever regardless of what they do ?

Since these rights clowns seem to always have some say in the way things are done here concerning immigrants, then I would like to suggest they step up to the plate with the finances to cover all of these "humane" things we are supposed to do !!! You know, put your money where your mouth is and don't suggest anything they can't afford to fund !!!

After the smash and grab robbery of Rolex watches from John Bull in town, you would think the owners would use bullet proof showcases for their high dollar stock, just a thought !

This man is an idiot who is pissed off because he screwed up his chance to be on the "gravy train". He is also a liability to any political party that entertains him because the Bible clearly states that " a man cannot serve God and man at the same time" therefore he is obviously confused because he is out of his element on both fronts !!!

I think the principal reason people don't call in crime issues is because we all know that Bahamians can't keep a secret and their identity WILL be passed on to the offending party/parties !!!

Why not !!! One less criminal to take up space at prison while the HONEST citizenry pay for his upkeep !!! The only good thieves are the dead ones !!!

Yes, it seems you have to be a foreigner to get any attention here in The Bahamas, never mind the countless Bahamians who wish they were/are only treated as bad as a foreigner in FoxHill prison or in police cells but of course those issues will not bring any fame or international attention to the CLOWNS who are pushing for air conditioned, 5star accomodations at the Detention even though they broke our laws by arriving here illegally by illegal means !!! I really don't know why any of these governments don't declare Freddy an unwanted fungus and ship him to his ancestral home to represent them from there amongst the rest of his comrades !

This should have been picked up and recognized during their "comprehensive and thorough" vetting process but then again we are dealing with and suffering from double D graduates given positions of responsibility.
