Romanian men? Didn't Romanian women swipe the endangered iguanas from Inagua? Maybe Romanians need to be put on a stop list or thoroughly investigated before they're allowed into the country.

Who do we have to approach about getting an area for jitneys to pull over near R.M. Bailey Park and opposite Kelly's @ the Mall? Coming from the east, jitneys take over the whole lane parking 3 and 4 behind each other and blocking the lane. What is supposed to be two lanes heading west on Robinson Road is usually one-lane for drivers. Oh, and don't let the students from R. M. Bailey be coming out @ 3pm; don't these 10th-12th graders know how to cross the street properly yet?! Better yet--please put an officer there like they've done @ Doris Johnson on Prince Charles Drive. At least that's a help there (sometimes).

TalRussell, I was there from grades one to form four. Not my favourite learning institution. My aunt taught first grade for many, many years.

A new power plant is the most important thing needed in this country right now. We can not advance without it. If these blackouts and load shedding foolishness continues I can see rioting in the streets in our future. People who are 'in charge' and making decisions are totally useless and clueless. Didn't they realize these massive hotels would be an added strain on the BEC, and the Bahamian people? Fourth World here we come.

That's a story right there for The tribune to investigate. Are Bahamians relocating? More than usual? What are the numbers?
Why? I'm noticing more and more 'For Sale' signs on New Providence.

The Bahamas cannot afford another by-election at this time, and will be no need for one anyway. When PM Christie returns from Las Vegas he'll ignore all the ruckus and carry on as usual. Rollins stays. However, he's better as an independent anyway, because he will always explode/go off when the team isn't doing what he thinks they should be doing. He's a frustrated team player.
