I don't know about the country's borders but I see they're putting a chain-link fence around the COB campus, and replacing the old wrought ironwork that sits on top of the concrete wall with new iron-work. Wrought-iron work, concrete/rock wall and chain link fence makes the campus look like a prison not a place of higher learning. Not a good look at all.
Saw another accident at the same spot a few years ago. Female couple on a scooter were very wobbly and proceeded to hit the curb near Family Guardian and fall over. Vendors from Montagu Market and many other passing drivers came over to assist. One lady was very upset (understandable!) crying and saying she just wanted to go home. An ambulance was heading back to the hospital and also stopped to help.
This is why 'real' banks are pulling out. They cannot risk being wrapped up in any web-shop 'bank' fiasco. Taking money that cannot be traced/accounted for will/can cause problems for those 'real' banks.
