Is The Government of Haiti underwriting the cost of all these legal expenses to disrupt the Government of the Bahamas. Questions for the International Community. Surely the disrespect for the Bahamians and the Bahamas laws is very evident. Mr. Ernest Callender was a true Bahamian.

These vexing Bahamian events of Immigration, Citizenship, and Shantytowns are Nationhood events that should have no grey areas in our bahamaland, period.. If one does not enter the Bahamas legally and is registered lawfully to be here temporarily and abiding by ALL the laws of the Bahamas, then they should be deported immediately and black listed to never enter our country again. As should any nation of the world, we have the right to say who and when we want any foreigner (s) in our homeland, period. This Government need to recognized that ASAP and enact laws NOW retroactively to julu 10, 1973 ( papa doc " oh sorry" papa ingraham did in in 2011 with the nib retirement pension) and expel and deport any person (s) here illegally or descendants of any person or persons who are here or were here illegally. Any buildings constructed illegally on land that in not owned MUST be demolished and destroyed immediately and consequences for braking the law implemented. People we are a very small nation, lets get it right now for the true bahamian people !!!

When our Governments lack short term and long term vision goals, where they want to go and how to get there through government policy and laws, we will ALWAYS be a country just floating in space ripe for the foreign and local wealthy pirates plucking.
Now we can see thy the average school grade is a D-. Too many multi choice questions get confusing.

The longer the government remain wishy-washy in their decisions and delay the needed action on this problem the larger and vexing this situation is going to become. Simular problems like this went away when the citizens of the Dominican Republic took matters into their own hands. If these shantytowns are illegal and break Bahamian laws, [demolished them and be done with it already. Let the legal immigrants find their own alternative housing. In any law abiding country, those that break the laws are incarcerated,

This is what happens when the Bahamas is known to be governed by loosey-goosey corrupt Governments ( past and present). Its a no lose situation, 50% (percent) chance they notice and if the do, 100% (percent) a government official will accept money to do nothing about it.

Here in the Bahamas it takes 8 hours and 4 different Bank employees to convert a dormant account back an active account, and we talking about Digital currency, seriously!!!!

seriously!!!!. What on earth do these people discuss at Cabinet Meetings. Did not the Finance Minister address the Cabinet Members with the governments empirical data on the Web shops $500 million income per year, the recommended new tax structure, the anticipated response from the Web shop cartel and how they would use employment layoff against the governments decisions. The PM and his Cabinet must realize that every decision that is made by the government is a potential trial and like any good lawyer all of the cabinet ministers must be prepared for defend it at all times. Apparently this Cabinet minister was absent on the day of presentation or was present but not allowed to ask questions or make statement on how it would affect his ministry. These statement of begging the destructive Web shop Cartel for favors for his ministry, shows a lack of cohesiveness within the Governments current Cabinet.

The PM got caught up with the Oban foreign Pirates and now the local potcake ( if you don't slap and beat them up and treat them like dogs, they think you don't love them) to negotiate a lease of property now owned by the Bahamian people to be leases back to the Bahamian people so that his BOB delinquent Loans can be paid off is unreal and can only happen in the Bahamas. These properties need to be sold forthwith and a Judgment filed against him for all deficiency balances realized from the Sales. Further the Government should revoke all current licenses he may have and bar him from obtaining any further licenses to do business in the Bahamas until the Judgment is paid back in full.

All Bahamians need to be mindful of making any retirement financial plans based on receiving y monthly pension income from national insurance , and consider their monthly contributions as an employment tax to the government.
Together with many Bahamians, I have personal experience of after contributing to NIB from its inception in 1974 at retirement age having my monthly NIB retirement pension taken away by the papa ingraham (fnm) government in 2011 due to lack of FUNDS due to the gross mismanagement and corruption at the national insurance board. With the NIB funds being used as a cash cow for BOB and other mismanaged and corrupt government agencies, another 2011 can and will unfortunately happen again.
