Seem to me that maybe with some of the named executives involved, the unnamed partners may just be the web shop boys. Knowing that a deep pocket investor is interested in a project there, and a huge profit maybe made in the future if lets say the proposed project were to run out of funds. I too would like to see our Bahamian brothers and sister shape the economic growth of our Bahamas and less dependent on foreign Investors, but lets be open and transparent for Real sustainable Bahamian Investments.

Perhaps the Beauty committees for these beauty pageants will begin to screen participants for proof of generation Bahamian status before having a beauty contestant misrepresent the Bahamas in the World of Beauty. This situation was rectified very quickly. When a government of the Bahamas is elected and form with people like this young person in the future, it will be a sad day for the Bahamas and true generation bahamians and not easily rectified.
Just have new Shantytowns created and they can all relocate there and leave the problems for the next new government and Bahamian people. We all know that is what is going to happen. The truth is the Truth for all of us who want to acknowledge it. Shantytowns and other illegal communities for foreigners will never be eradicated in the bahamas.
This process is very similar to the NFL children's punt, pass and KICK contest. If it is the law that you must in order to present, debate and enact laws in the Bahamas House of Parliament or the Senate you must file a financial disclosure statement every year by March 31 and you fail to do so, on April 1 or at the next meeting, The Chairman of the Public Disclosure Commission should have you escorted out of those chambers by the police commissioner and 6 ranking defense force members. You should not be allowed to attend any further sittings until the filing has been completed,publicized and a public apology given. If the offense is repeated again during the members life time service then the member is publicly expelled and escorted of the premises.
There is certainly nothing " most honourable" about taking the NIB retirement Pensions away from the deserving Bahamian Senior Citizen due to corruption and mismanagement of the collective funds contributed by those people since the NIB retirement programme inception 1973.
The Next presentation will be at the Chamber of Commerce, VAT increase to 20 percent (%) and the Implementation of income tax in 2019. Moody's , Standard & poor's (SP) and the IMF will be impressed no doubt. How about a five star restaurant to serve only local grown and produced authentic bahamain foods to the monetary policy dignitaries when the come in to down grade our Credit rating and economic growth.
The facts are constructing an Illegal structure on land that one does not have ownership document for is breaking the law in the Bahamas. Shanty towns are an imported culture to the Bahamas from Haiti. Real Bahamians are to law abiding to create and live in illegal Shanty towns. Any and all illegal structures constructed on land that is not owned must be demolished and destroyed and the (Bahamian citizens??? ) charge with breaking the law and those who have legal rights to be here deported immediately.
