In the Out Islands, there is no banking support services.
The banks have all moved out and it is extremely difficult to reach HQ staff when there are banking issues. Worst still, if internet services crash, it could be days or more to use online banking. When ATM cards expire, it can take months to get a replacement and cost us expensive flights to Nassau etc. So, we prefer cash on the Islands.

If the few ATMs that exist are out of order, God help us. That is why the Govt should promote BOB, credit unions or post office accounts to assist FI.
