Duane Sands may not be the best person (at this time) to sit in the Chair.
Minnis & Pintard are not on the same page & it is doubtful that Sands can pull the factions together.
And Sands was very quiet about the Gibson affair.
So, there are a lot of issues to iron out at Council tonight.

Who is going to get it from off the seafloor?

Revenge & contract killings are now the norm.
The only solution is death penalty & hanging.
Our legal minds need to solve that by getting rid of the Privy Council as our last court for ALL criminal matters.
