I won't bet on the PLP (not) winning in 2026, despite them having ALL of political advantages at this time.

However, there is a lot of angst against this rumbling, bumbling, stumbling, power-drunk New Day crew who are presently in charge of the SS PLP.

But, can the Opposition (all parties) show anyone anything of substance to convince the voters to NOT vote PLP 🤔🤔🤔

Right now, things are uncertain when it comes to the Opposition and those who can present a convincing argument that they can be a better PM than Davis.

The PLP can only help themselves if they abstain from contesting Killarney ..... They can't beat Minnis and they can prolong the headache for Pintard & Ingraham for another term.

Well, she may be able to speak to what private schools are doing to develop "woke schools", but the public school system is a different beast all together.

She needs to explain how MOE cannot reform the Education Act. She needs to explain how MOW+ cannot design & build any new schools in a decade. She needs to explain how MOE/PSC cannot hire new teachers & administrators to make these school functional. She needs to explain how parents don't want to parent their children, but want to fight & put teachers on Tiktok.
She needs to explain how educators with degrees still cannot get any respect and financial security in a nation that glorifies dumbness & "who you know" sweetheart jobs.

So, you see Madam Alicia, check yourself in at the door of any Government school and observe what the reality is on the ground in 2025. Then write an updated version next month.

The PLP has to create chaos and distractions to win the next election.

Just look at how 90% of these Ministries are managed and it tells you how inept the whole Bahamian Govt system is ...... The PS posts are an "old buddy system" that remains static and mysterious even after elections. These Ministers take over multiple departments with hundreds of millions of dollars budget and hundreds/thousands of employees with little HR or MGMT experience. Then the appointment of PEPs & consultants hijack career officers doing their jobs and create a toxic working environment in most Ministries.

Then we wonder why the whole system is a total dysfunction & mess???? 🤕🤕🤕
