The PSC pay scales has teachers on lower rung of the totem pole than other "professions".

But teaching is the NOBLE profession ....... the profession of ALL professions.

That is why the FIRST demand of the BUT should be to establish a Teachers' Service Commission ........ Why can a Judge make $100,000, but a teacher can only make $25,000, or a High School Principal can only make $40,000???
