A few hundred may have been on that march ........... but another two hundred thousand can identify with their reasons for protesting .......... be they PLP, FNM or XYZ.
That is a Bahamian/Haitian etc (black) male problem .......... they feel entitled to everything ....... and then blame their Ma for whatever is wrong in their lives
We The People vote for men and women who represent a Party ........... the Party suppresses the will of the individual MP .......... Any MP who speaks independently bucks the Party ethos ................. The Party machinery ensures that "rogue MPs" are removed .............. The MP is then reprimanded IF he/she speaks on behalf of The People ............ The Cult of Party Politics is the problem.
Interesting observation by these "learned Governors" ....... They are ALL complicit in this state of affairs for not speaking truth to power when they sat in the CBOB Chair ......... SMT
If the country is making $10 Billion (GDP) and the national budget revenue is $2Billion ............ and 50% of that revenue is now 12% VAT ......... Well who is really paying for most of the Government's upkeep ???????........... the lower/middle class.
It is high time that ALL Bahamians who make more than $30,000 personal income OR $60,000 household income pay income tax ........... Too much load is being borne by the poor who make less than $20,000 per year
