This corrupt and incompetent tin hat dictator has been manipulating the energy sector for the past 3 years.

No one can believe that this tactic is not orchestrated for a PR campaign to get the public to feel a sense of relief.

But is this real or is this another ruse that the New Day crew has done before?

Lundy putting water in Cat Island and ain't none in Andros.

Check the records ...............

In other decent, respectable British Commonwealth countries, where such a socially explosive situation has occurred, a Commission of Inquiry was a necessary outcome to ensure that the Police Force or Army was seen to be above reproach OR to ensure that those culprits implicated in such a rumour was brought to justice.

Sadly, The Bahamas Government has decided not to do such a thing, and has placed us in the category of "banana republics" where strongmen and autocratic rulers cover up the dark secrets of their police forces or militaries.

Even Pindling did not run from the "Nation for Sale" allegations that led to the 1984 Commission of Inquiry. But, the New Day version of Pindling's PLP has sullied the good name of our country and covered up Bahamar, Nygard, FTX and now the CID scandals.

We as a nation have entered a dark zone.

I hope that this was someone impersonating her, because if it was really her who wrote this letter, she has a gall to do that.

Given that she was Christie's AG, and what she did to the Izmirlian family & Bahamar by overseeing the Chinese takeover.

Ragged Island ppl must not let Govt get away with this.
Worse than Mayaguana airport situation.
My God, why do we Out Island ppl get treated like this????? 😭😭😭

I agree with Mrs Scott to a great extent.

But first, the Government should place a Bank of The Bahamas on every MAJOR island of the country. Long Island has NO functioning bank on the island, and the residents have been lobbying for a BOB for over five years.

Then the people will take them seriously and support the BOB instead of RBC, Scotiabank or CIBC etc.

On Foreign is not better at the banks

This CID boss matter requires a Commission of Inquiry.

Anything short of that reeks of political cover up.

The public will judge the New Day government based on HOW this so-called investigation turns out.

Parliament reconvenes in mid September. The PLP government better have a report READY to lay on the table at the first sitting OR else the Opposition should call out the troops like Black Tuesday.

Not only are the exams "watered down" compared to a generation ago ...... the national exams are MARKED on a curve to ensure that a certain percentage of students PASS each subject.

Do not think for once that these kids actually achieved a 61% on these external exams to get a "C" .......... It may have been 45% that the curve gave as a "C" grade.

There is much that the public does not know about these exam results.
