Just like any other commodities the market fluctuates, because of supply/demand, we know that construction/concrete is one of the things it is use mostly for, so the summer time is when construction is mostly done in most parts of the world because of snow.

Wake up Bahamians! These politicians think we are stupid. Both parties uses these political rhetoric calling for Prime Ministers to resign when both parties are corrupted and crooked. They know good and well that if you catch any of the past or present Prime Ministers hand in the cookie jar, with recorded footage and an audio of them saying they are stealing this money from the cookie jar, the cookie is showing X amount of money is missing and they bank account is showing X amount of money was deposited. You still wouldn't get one of them to resign and they would tell you to not believe your lying eyes. So tell him go to hell because the only way you can get any of these elected officials remove before election is by force.
