Bahamians need to understand until they change their mindset, the government will always do things like changing around employees as they change government. It may be bad but it makes political sense, if the PLP leaves the employees that the FNM hired whom everyone knows are FNM then they run the risk of alienating themselves from the people that vote for them while having the FNM keep the ones they already have, this is bribery by a different name.So don't be fool by Dion Foulkes them running up their mouths because they're going to do the samething if and when the FNM wins, it is like back in the day when everyone taught that wrestling was real and the first time they came down the hotel employees was saying that Dusty and Bugsy was sitting at the table having dinner together, laughing up with each other the night before they was suppose to have a death match. These politician does the same thing and laugh at the Bahamian people for being foolish enough to beleive anything they say. So why everytime a new government comes in power Bahamian citizens complain about victimization? Bahamians to me will make good cornerbacks in the NFL and that is probably why they are a few of Bahamian decent because in order to be a good corner one would have to have good short term memory and Bahamian display it after every government change. You know you get your job because one government fire the people the last party hired and you don't expect the samething to happened to you.
It is the police that can be blame for being tight lip on this, and if the government is to be blame then why didn't the FNM say something about it when they was in power, both parties beleive that Bahamians are foolish, and Bahamians sit right back and fall for all of this.
This is an article from the Freeport News, Hypocrisy run wild in the Bahamas by both parties, wake up Bahamians and demand this foolishness being stop. To the DNA, you guys need to make a statement condemning both parties from doing this in order to advance DNA, because somehow a lot of voting Bahamians are tunnel vision.
What I don't understand is if Urban Renewal was started by the PLP who is being accuse of victimization, how come all of these Urban Renewal workers are crying now when we know that parties like to hire their own. It seems like these people got there jobs because some others was let go during the last government change, both parties need to shut up, and Bahamians need to wake up and see that both parties cup is running over and I don't mean with water.
You may have a point on the PLP lying saying that the program was cancelled, but if the program wasn't cancelled, then the people shouldn't be political cronnies because it would've been the same people the PLP hired in the first place. So if we have some sort of victimization here which I don't condone, we would've had victimization under the FNM government of some sort because these would've been the same people hired by the PLP the first time around.
This kind of politics has been going too long in the country, and Bahamians just stand by and let it happened from both parties. If your boat capsize on the sea and it is the captain fault, should a person complain about the captain or swim his behind to shore? Which scenerio is more productive? I think Bahamian politics is the only place where people could complain about what was left behind for them to this extend and get away with it.
You know something have to be done about murders as well as other crimes in the Bahamas, from the government to the parents and also the children. There will be a funeral service for mother and son tommorrow, this is foolish to see anywhere in the world much less my home country.

That is a good catch. If this is still happening the tribune needs to explain why they didn't do a different story instead.
