The one that murder 300 people is a serial killer and wouldn't have second taught to make it to 301.

The church is somewhat a failure but don't let the government off the hook either.

spoitier says...

You don't get out on bail for free right? and if someone putting a house or something is the only thing you would have to do then instead of me educating you, you need to educate your government because it makes absolutely no sense.

Lawyers maybe looking for loophole in the system but that is what lawyers do. The problem I see is the government using the bail system as a form of revenue and that is the reason why people with extensive crime records keep getting bail, also to citizens of the Bahamas, we know that lawyers are shady characters anywhere in the world on both sides of the coin, a defense lawyer would try and get the worst person free for a fee and a prosecution would try and send the best person to jail if he could build a good case, and the Bahamas as well as the rest of the world beleive that our leaders should be build up mostly of lawyers. Why is that? These are the same people who represent drug dealers, rapists and murders and we make them Prime Ministers and ministers of other post, what do we expect them to do about the system? They already get people off on crimes, so naturally it wouldn't be hard to past laws or not change laws that will be hard on crimes.

Then let them move freely, the U.S was complaining on one of the cables that those Chinese workers could end up in the U.S, now their complaining that they aren't able to move freely. I would let them move freely because they can't hide in the a country of 95% black without being notice, and when they end up in the U.S then that is the U.S problem, the major problem is with the U.S is you're damn if you do and you're damn if you don't.

This will be a definite problem with only one company, because big companies always want to have more than one provider especially for internet, it is what they call peering because if you have two provider and one goes down the other will carry the load in the mean time. I guess if BEC goes down like they always do it probably will take both providers down anyway, but on a series note COB will probably need this to help them with university status, especially if they want to recruit students from around the world.

It is call a cutover, when someone is moving from one network to another the first thing have to be done is testing the new network to make sure it works properly that is all circuit is functioning on the new network and then the cutover should be done in a time that won't really hurt business so I would say late at night or after normal business hours. A backout plan should be instituted in case something goes bad, which is the new circuit wouldn't come up for some reason, the backout plan should always be to revert back to the old system if it is taking to long. During the actual cutover they should have a few connects to move over from the old to the new maybe in this case it is a little different but that is pretty much the case and point, now once everything is move over from the old to the new it should come up and if it doesn't in the alloted time then go back to the old system and investigate the problem with new network before trying again at another time. It sound like we have bad project management (lack of planning)here as well as bad engineers and technicians.

This may be a touchy subject because there are parents that may not really know what their children are doing but for the most part most parents have an idea if bad is being done inside of their home. So this may hurt some people but when push come to shove anyone would put that no good son out of the house to save the rest of the children, or their own butt from being fine or going to jail. I guess being warn a few times before action would harden the softess of heart.

You know you was making a lot of sense until you talk about all the good jobs being giving to female. If you give the jobs to males just because their males then the level of work will decrease also then females who are more capable of doing these jobs may resolve to crimes also, maybe not murder but robbery and prostitution. I think employment needs to go up but also people have to develop a mind of an Entrepreneur to create jobs for themselve as well as others.
